Not too big on challenge (though the bosses can be a bit tricky if you don't know the patterns), but very big on fun.
And for fans of the movie (like me), there's nothing more satisfying than climbing into the loader for the final battle against the queen and then dropping her out the airlock after you defeat her. There's no plot, no story, no cut scenes or speeches getting in the way - it's just you (and the second player, if you have one) versus hundreds of aliens and a handful of stage bosses. This is one of my personal favorite arcade games. Kill xenomorphs, chestbusters, and even some zombies, then strap into the robotic loader to take on the alien queen. Then it says to just point to the aliens.exe executable but doesn't. You just click the symbol in upper left corner of tekno and select ADD GAME and pick it from the list if thats what you mean. I couldn’t even figure how to get it into the launcher.
Your gun can be upgraded to a rocket launcher, a flame thrower, or a three-way gun. If I run Aliens.exe standalone on the PC it launches fine.
